My girls!

My girls are the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me besides my husband. They crack me up with the funny things they do. I think they really have a great way to put a smile on my face.

Decor for Kaeyln's party

This year Kaelyn wanted and Ariel party so I started doing some of the Little Mermaid character's for her party. I have already Ariel but I decided to do Ursela and Flounder to add to the collection. It didn't take to long but they look great and I think the kids will love seeing them.

Jake helped me finish Ursela! Jessica is hiding behind Flounder!

Movies,Library,Mystery shop

We had a sort of busy day! This morning I started doing my neices laundry to help out a bit, Lisa is still in recovery so we are trying to make life a little easier for her. After I started that I took the girls to see Madagascar 2 at the Edwards Cinema. The kids loved it, Talia was not in a good mood so I walked the hallway with her. I was a little pooped from all the fun so we went home for a nap and more laundry. It seems like I do laundry everyday now. I think my girls have been putting clothes on and throwing them in the pile of dirty clothes.

I took the girls later on to get their very own library cards and I signed them up for the summer reading program. We were able to pick so good books out to read tonight and they can mark off their boxes. The local library gives out prizes for their reading completions. I thought the girls would have fun with that since we read to them every night.

Daddy got off early tonight and he met us over at El Torito for some free dinner. Yes I said it free dinner. I signed up to do a secret shopper so we got to eat for free and I got to play the private investigator for a company. It was fun the girls were super bouncey and Jake and I were not haha.

Funny little story

Today I went with Jessica to go get some school stuff for her. It was really nice to hang out with just her and have mommy daughter time. While we were walking to Party City Jessica asked me the following:

Jessica: Mommy, can my boyfriend Jake come over?
Me: Who's your boyfriend?
Jessica: Jake from school
Me: Jessica your a little to young to have a boyfriend
Jessica: No I'm not mommy, he is the same height as me

So now I am freaked out because she is growing up way too fast for me! I had to laugh and call Jake, he was not laughing :)

My neice's are here

---Brianna

Hailey and Brianna Milhoan were born today 12:15am and 12:16am! They are still in the hospital but are doing really well. Lisa did an awesome just baking those sweeties....

Jake and I just got back from Lake Mead and washed up a bit and headed over to the hospital to meet our neices, we had to go one at a time in and dress in a gown to keep germs out of that room. They are so cute and very active, Brianna was a little squirm bug and just kept moving around and Hailey just chilled out and slept.

------Hailey

I'm so glad I got to meet them finally, I will be spoiling the heck out of them. My girls kept telling their aunt Lisa that they wanted to play with them. It was hard to explain to them that they are too small still.

Lake Mead

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

Doesn't my hubby look so happy to wear his super awesome glasses. Such a good sport!

Kaelyn was walking around the Hoover Dam gift shop sporting her new glasses reading a really good cook book and the people were laughing at her. She was definatly in her own world.

This was at the Bass Pro shop, so much to see and the girls loved looking at all the animals.

This year for the 4th we decided to go to Lake Mead with some friends and do a little boating. It was a time we will never forget. We did have a lot of fun and did a lot of things but we hit some bumps along the way. Jake has been cracking me up all day naming things that did not go so well on the trip. The water was amazing and just nice to be in, the view was amazing and there was barely anyone on the lake. My girls loved being able to hang with the other kids and play around.

First bump we had was a huge storm that came in while we were on the lake taking the boats that were anchored out to the middle of the lake, while we were trying to catch the boats we got belted with huge cherry size rain drops and wind, in the ruckus Jake lost his sun glasses. I had to have Jake take me to shore to get our beach stuff but yeah there was not much left of our pop up tent and the girls packed up everything (they are some amazing girls they did this with kids :) . Needless to say it was very exciting and unexpected and I felt like I was in a movie.

After our crazy day we all got to relax and enjoy some pizza at Pizza Hut they go back to our rooms and just crash, I feel sorry for the cleaning lady that had to clean our rooms. The next day we went to Hoover Dam to check it out, we got so see some amazing pictures and play in the gift store, the kids had a blast. Afterward I thought that the kids might like to check out the M&M store down in Vegas. Holy cow M&M's were expensive, but the kids loved looking around at everything.

All of us got together later on and watched the fireworks from a local McDonald's parking lot and later we let the kids play with sparklers while the big boys let off the bigger stuff.

We decided to leave early and get back to relax, big mistake we should of stayed! The boat slipped off the hitch and hit the back of Jake's parents car and after that we got a ticket for going 70 mph with a trailer.

I'm happy to be home!
