Performances

So proud of my kids and continue to be amazed by them. Jessica had her first performance and both sets of grandparents were able to come, so happy about that. Jessica has been practicing at is getting better, I'm sure that she will one day be playing music with her dad and grandpa. Natalia had her kindergarten program and they all did so great. I love going to these fun little performances and know how important it is for them that we come.
Talia received a letter from the North Pole and she was so excited to get mail. Super cute how the post office sends letters back to the kids.

What a day

I love music and the peace if brings, my kids love trying grandpas sax's and I LOVE when Jake play's Jessica just recently started playing in her school band and it makes me so proud.
Pictures for grandma with 9 grand babies, equals tons of fun….haha Fallyn was not excited but hey we all have our days.
My friends Jen T and JR were in the Christmas music concert this year. I was not expecting it to have a full on production with commentary and instruments. I just was in awww and loved all the whole program, some of the kids fell asleep (whimps). Jake worked a 32 hours shift and was able to make it with us. So grateful for him in my life, he always tries to do as much as he can to be with us.

Paint a dream

Thank you Lauren for letting me know about this outing, it was so fun and the kids loved it. So with 18 kids, santa cow, chicken nuggets, painting mugs and a train ride the kids were spoiled with a fun night. I enjoy watching the kids friendships grow and families creating memories. It means a lot.

for the love!

I think I'm on have too much fun overload! Yesterday I took the kids to see Santa, they were being such pains and I probably yelled all the way to Santa's lap and then some. Talia had to pee and did her run way model walk to Santa and then off to the bathroom we went. When this kid needs to go, you need to find the nearest bathroom ASAP.
Today I was able to volunteer in Talia's class and it was a trip long over due. She had been asking me to come because "all the other mommy's come." Yup, the pressure of it all! My friend told me the day before all the kids were coughing and sneezing as they put their gingerbread houses together and today I get to decorate the little virus houses. Fun times! Honestly, it was fun and I loved going. The kids crack me up with their imaginations and personalities.

Christmas craziness

I thought that I would take it easy and not be busy, yeah right! I feel like a deprived child getting to do all the things there were not allowed to do. I love every minute that Im not in school. Yesterday I was invited to go to the Kelemans little party at Sky city bounce. The kids had a blast and I had a good time chatting with some friends. After that I went to Patty's annual party, I look forward to it every year. I don't get to see her daughter that much and I know at least for sure we will be able to see each other. Every year we all go out and hang, this year we headed to a restaurant that a friend of ours rented out. There was music, Santa and a photo booth. I really had a great time, I even saw people I worked with when I was 17 years old. It was a big reunion.
Tonight we took the kids to the Candy cane lane for a little walk around the block. The kids loved it and loved just being with each other.

Temple lights

Tonight we took the kids to see the Temple lights. I'm so glad we could go! I felt that I really needed to go because I called the Temple several times throughout the nursing program to put my name as well as others names on the prayer roll. I'm so very grateful that I have the ability to do that and know that there are those praying for me that day.
The kids of course had a blast, running with there buddies and freezing their little behinds off. These kids have come to create some really special bonds and they are more than friends but more like cousins. They crack me up and I can't even begin to express how much love I have for each of them.
Earlier in the day I got to watch Blake, he is a funny little guy. Every time I walked out of the room and out of his site he would cry for me. I remember having little ones his age and how needy they are, but we got thru the day and with a lot of hugs and kisses, we made through the day!
