30

Yes it is true I am officially 30! On September 26,1979 I was born in Chicago to Diane and Vito Deliso, and born at home. I was named after my grand mother and great grandmother, my first name (Francesca) is my grandmother's name and my middle name (Natalia) is my great grandmother's name.
Not so excited about turning 30 but I am grateful that I have had 30 years of great memories. I have owed 2 homes, got married, have 3 beautiful girls, going to college and I have met so many wonderful people. I can't really complain, I've been blessed with a lot.
I got to go to Knott's Scary farm with some great friends yesterday and it was really fun. I thought I was prepared this year and that I was not going to get scared as much, YEAH RIGHT! They knew I was coming and they were hiding in different area's, the moster's with the trash cans kept getting me.
My sister sent me a birthday note that said "Happy Birthday Cesca, your half way to 60", I'm going to kill her for that one.....

Under the sea program

Today I got to go to Jessica's Under the sea program at her school. It was so adorable and all the kids did such a great job. I actually started to tear up, I get so emotional now seeing how big she getting. She has been coming home lately singing songs and humming, it was nice to hear the whole song today. I have to say that spending time with her was wonderful and I cherish these moments with her.

Jessica got to wear a pirate costume for the program, she was really excited to wear it.

This came out so dark, I need a new camera. Jessica stood in the far back row and had a great smile the whole time on her face. She did have a part to say (her part was "Do you know poems about any other ocean animals"). She got a little shy but she did a great job.
We got to do a packet of work together and I was amazed with how much she has learned, there was a question on the packet that asked what fishy flavor did she like (they were gold fishes), she told me red and when I was about to fill in the blank she took the pencil from me and said she could do it, and she did. I got emotional off of that!

Our favorite tree is gone

The most awesome tree that Cindy and Russ had in the backyard is gone now, about a week ago one limb broke and now it is in four's. This tree was so cool and provided the best shade. I loved the way it pretty much covered the whole backyard.

The backyard is going to look bare with this tree gone.

Spending time with my husband

Jake took the day off to spend with me, he took me to the happiest place on earth "Disneyland".
We don't ever get time were it is just him and I so it was really nice to have one on one time.

Browsing at the Mad Hatter's shop. Jake is adorable in his pluto hat.

I have always wanted to eat at the Blue Bayou and I finally got a chance to do it. The food was excellent and instead of seeing it from the Pirates of the Carribean boat we got to enjoy the veiw from a table.

It was a great day, we both kept saying that it was weird not having the kids with us. Even though we love our time together it is even more fun watching our kids enjoy the park.

Cheese

Little Miss Talia is such a ham, everytime she sees the camera she will say cheese over and over till you take her picture. If you look closely you will see the big fat bruise on her head from falling at Jessica's soccer game. I guess we won' be taking family pictures till that goes away, but on the happy note she will smile for the camera :)

Our class

Jake and I teach the CTR 6 class at church very Sunday. This Sunday we were incharge of sharing time and our lesson was on "Prophets teach me how to strengthen my family". I am still shy when it comes to teaching infront of large groups at church so Jake took charge and did the lesson. He did a great job and the kids seemed to really enjoy it.

This our class aren't they a cute group, I should of waited to give them their treats haha
Jake had the class huddled up around him giving them instructions on what they needed to do.

The classes seem to have fun and that was our goal, to teach them but to have them enjoy the lesson.

Everyday after school I pull all of Jessica's paper's out of her backpack and hung her art on the fridge, separate paper's, etc....
She had a Alligator that she made that was really cute. I said to her "Wow Jess, I like your Alligator" she in return tells me I gave him disease on his eye" huh? she said that the dots on his face is the disease's.....I get a kick out of her!

Jessica's first soccer game

Today was Jessica's first soccer game against the Flower Power team. Her game started at 10am and we stopped to get some donuts and headed to the field.

Jessica did really good, she scored 2 goals and was making us proud. Jake thinks it is funny that she is the shortest one on the team.

She is our little #3 getting ready to kick the ball in.

Love this picture of Jake and Jessica. Jake was coaching Jessica on what to do and he was really excited to help her out.
My brother,Joe,my dad and my father inlaw were able to come out and show some support. from the looks of the pictur above they look like her body guards.... I was really happy that my dad came, Jessica is her is his shadow.
At the end of the game the parents make tunnel so the kids run thru it cheering. Yeah Jake and Joe were not to happy to be touching hands. I'm so happy that I got to capture the moment.

The end of game picture, these girls played an awsome game.

A little game that we like to call marker war

Have you ever had one of those days were your husband is asking for it and he needs to be beat up? Today was Jakes day! Jake was teasing me all day and I was all about getting him back so I took one of the kids makers and attacked him. He didn't see it coming it was perfect till.....

He got me back!

It was war, I had the kids with markers too. Jake is quick and strong so it didn't work out to well. I did get him pretty good so it was not a defeat.

Till next time Jake,,,,,,,,, I'll be ready!

Green Day

No, not the band! Today was Green day at Kaelyn's Pre-school. She wore a green shirt and brought green leaves. She even made sure she was wearing her floresent green underwear, yes she is dedicated.
When I went to pick her up she had her little froggy had on sideways screaming "Hi,mom". She is such a ham!

When your kids get ahold of your camera

I can never leave my camera or anything that I want to find again out. Usually I can't find my camera and when I do, I find it with a ton of pictures added to the ones I have already taken. I am guessing Jessica did it this time because the picture's are not to bad.

This is the adorable baby Gage....We got to watch him the other day, I'm guessing Jessica was doing a photo shoot with him. Thank goodness she did not dress him with her girlie stuff ,I probally would hear it from his dad.
My fridge and all the paper's that keep us busy...Why she took a picture of this I will never know.
The kid in question, I think she did this as well. What am I teaching my kids?
My poor dog, I think she blinded him~
You can tell someone really short took this picture.
Talia looks so cute, usually she is screaming at Jessica for the camera.
The kid in questions side kick...she may look cute but she is not innocent~

She is just like her daddy

I was sitting at my computer going over my notes for the quiz tonight when I looked over and this is what I saw.
I thought to myself maybe she is looking at the wall, or she is stuck. So I called out her name and no answer.
Yup she is asleep on the toilet! I only know two people that can fall asleep anywhere, Jake and Kaelyn. :)

Kaelyn's first day of Pre-school

The day has finally come and Kaelyn was definatly ready for this PRE-SCHOOL. She got up I helped her get dressed (wanted to make sure nothing was on backwards or on the wrong foot) and made her lunch. The only problem we had was that she kept unpacking her lunch and putting other things in her lunch pail. When we got there Kaelyn gave Mrs. Sherri her flower and ran for the toys. She kicked off her flip flops and was in heaven. What the heck, no crying no mommy don't leave. What is wrong with my kids? Jessica did the same thing when she had to go. Of course I got teary eyed and gave her a kiss and headed to the car. It was just me and Talia for the day, when I got home she was already asleep. I'm not use to no noice in the house, it was weird. I got some homework done and then it was on my way to get Kaelyn from school. I'm just glad that I was greeted with "Mommy" and a hug.
Kaelyn's art work from her first day September 2,2009.
