Planting flower's

Today I wanted to something with my girls that would be creative/fun. I took a ride over to Lowe's and let the girl pick out a some flower's so they could plant it...We also got some pots that the girls could paint. They did pretty good there was some clean up but for the most part it was a success.

Pirate Party!

This weekend we got to go to a pirate party...Now this was not an ordinary party this is our Aunt Vicki's extravaganza! Everyone was suppose to dress up in a pirate costume, it was really fun. The kids had a blast! It was really nice to hang out with family and friends and relax a little bit.
The girls were very busy with the treasure hunt, zip lines, and treats everywhere. Jake's aunt loves to go above and beyond on parties and people end up really enjoying all her hard work. We are looking forward to the next one she throws.

Tumbling Class

Today Kaelyn got to go to her first tumbling class...She LOVED it! Jessica did the say class about 2 years ago and what a difference these two siblings are from eachother.I remember when I took Jessica she cried and I had to stay with her for the first couple of times that I went. She hated having to take her earring's out, that alone was a pain

We we got there this morning Kaelyn automatically made a friend and was bouncing aroung everywhere. We took her earrings off with out a fight and she went into the gym by herself. My friend Nicole and Genine have there kids in the class so it was neat watching them all bounce and flip around. At one point the group got in a circle to stretch and Kaelyn decided to get in the middle and start to dance.....Yeah I don't know what grandma and grandpa have been teaching them when I am at school...lol... I took some picture's but they came out blurry so here are some clear ones to see.

Busy Busy Busy

This weekend was pretty busy for us. Jake was suppose to go to a work meeting but decided to hang out with us. First we started off at my friend Debbie's son's birthday party at the "Oh so fun Scooter's Jungle". The kids loved it! There is fun for all ages at that place. After that party we went over to are friend Genine and Pat's son's party at the Todd Longshore park. The kids got to set out on an adventure with Captian Colton on a treasure hunt for GOLD. It was such a beautiful day outside and we where able to hang with friends and enjoy a beautiful day.

Are night didn't end there, we got to go later on to our friends Debbie and Jason's house to watch the UFC fight. Jake and I love watching the fights and even better with great company. I tried to bring my homework to study but yeah I liked the conversations with my friends better...lol (shhhh don't tell my math teacher that).

It has been WONDERFUL with Jake home on the weekend's. Instead of me taking the girls to do things on the weekend I now have my bestfriend to hang out with us as well.

Arrrr....Pirate costume's

Tonight my mom and sister came over to help me make pirate skirts for the girls. Next weekend we are going to Jake's cousin's little boys birthday party. And EVERYONE has to dress up...I didn't want to go out and spend a ton on costumes so I used my imagination and came up with an idea. I went to Joann's and bought black material with pirate skulls on it. I am making skirts and vests out of it (with a white shirt underneath). Then I'm using pink tulle for a belt that will tie around their waste and drape down one of the sides. I got little pirate hats with pink ribbon. I think all together I spent $25. I'm excited to go, it's something out of the ordinary and I think that is what will make it fun. I will have some picture's up soon for everyone to see....

My sister went above and beyond and painted one of Natalia's bottle's and on one of the sides it says "GOT RUM??". She was cracking me up!
