Graduation from AV and after party
Graduation day at AV was really great. The ceremony was on the field at the college. So many people where there. Jake brought the kids and sat in the stands. The nursing group was called up first and it felt good walking the stage and the teachers cheering you on. I do regret not staying for the whole thing. I guess towards the end the students got to walk past their teachers. I instead took off during the ceremony to go set up the party that was at a friends house. The party was great, a lot of people showed up. Jake and the kids were there, the kids hug out in the back room and watched moves. I was tired from the day and left kinda early.
Graduated and went to Disneyland
After I graduated a group of us decided to get or Disney passes and head to the happiest place on earth. It was fun and a good memory.

Back to school
The summer was a blast with the kids, there were times where the kids fought but we kept pretty busy. Everyday during the summer we slept in and went with the flow. Waking them up yesterday didn't go too bad. We had laid out their outfits, made their lunches, took showers and received a fathers blessing.
I thought I would be more excited about them going back but I'm really torn. For the last 2 years I have been in school. There was no time ever and I was NEVER bored. Now clean the house and Im studying for the NCLEX next week but there is a void. Baby Jake has been handling it well. As I type I can hear him in the other room playing with a fake snake and his cars making hissing noises and preventing he is fighting the snake and his truck. Kinda amusing!
When I took the kids into school Jessica asked me who was going to pick them up. I think they got use to the fact that there was someone other than mom who got them from school due to me being in nursing school. It felt good to say "I am!"
Talia was not thrilled to go to school, she misses her friends and I can't say I don't blame her. After Kindergarten she was separated form the kids she knows and likes to be around. When I stood with her at her classroom she just held on to me and had a sad face. I'm grateful for sunglasses because I started to cry. As I looked around to see people in her class it was majority boys and of course the boy who she told to "F off" in Kindergarten. Wonderful! Today my friend Amy even emailed me today to tell me that Talia looked sad standing in line so her and her daughter went over to say hi. I pray there is a reason this is going on and Talia will overcome this, I know I will be involved and make sure I help her with this. I was happy to hear Andi played with Talia. She told me all about it when she got home and it makes me happy that I have good friends that have good kids who care in our lives.
K and Jess love their teachers and had no complaints. They have friends in their classes and came home with positive reports.

Saturday fun with friends
Today was busy! I had soccer tryouts in the morning for the girls which turned out a bust because they changed the location, so we headed to Dicks sporting goods and got them their soccer gear for the season. Then we headed to Valencia to get baby Jake from my mom.
When I called Jake to see where he was he was done with works so we decided to take the kids and take them to the driving range at the golf course to hit some golf balls. It was fun, the kids were enjoying it and baby Jake was happy to hit something other than his sisters. During our adventure, Laurel sent me a text to go hiking to the Hollywood sign with with Andersons so we got our sneakers and gym gear and headed to LA for an adventure. It ended up being a bust and we couldn't find the trail but Rachel said there was a good Italian restaurant near by they tried or heard about (can't remember). It was soooooooo good and the entertainment was perfect. They had an accordion guy walking around singing and apparently my birthday came early and he sang the "Francesca song." The kids were cracking up along with the adults. During dinner I got a text from the Shaughnessy family to come over and do a backyard movie night featuring the Goonies (favorite movie ever). So we headed home, got our warm clothes on and hung out. It was a perfect day, filled with laughs, memories and good people. Grateful for the bonds my family has made with friends and happy to have them in our lives.

Happy fathers day 2015
I have to say that I think my husband is an amazing man and deserves so much. Since being in school I haven't been able to spoil him or do much so now that I have my life back I plan on doing more with him. With 4 kids and Jake working so much its hard but you make it work.

Good times
Always surround yourself with good people! These are pictures of clinic and class. The teacher in the picture is Mrs. Harmon and I cannot express how much I loved having her as a teacher. She was amazing and always encouraged me. She isn't the mushy type of person but she was stubborn and funny. I was always tell her that I was stressed about a test and she would reply "I m going to beat you, you are going to be just fine. Breathe!" lol
