January was filled with fun! Work has made it to where Im not able to do much due to the pre made schedule but I seem to find things to do. Jake took the kids to Supercross with Ryan, Evan and the kids. The kids had a blast, they all stayed awake and Jake said they had a blast. Alyssa, Nate and David were there too and stopped by to say hello. I still wonder how they kept awake…oh wait! Thats right, Jake found out that you could bring a empty Monster can and they would let you in the pit to see the riders. But wait, did he empty it in a trash can? No the kids drank it!
Andi's birthday was around the corner so we had a mini bday party at the house. LOVE HER!
We have another round of baptisms coming up and Talia, Ryan and Gage are the next ones to get dunked. Nikki was really great and took some pictures at the Temple of the kids. It was rising but we had a blast, after we went to Stone fire for some grub!
Cory and Laurel surprised us with tickets to the LA Kings game. It was so fun! I love contact sports but I think Im going to have high blood pressure from it. Baby Jake was super into it and was able to follow the game. We got to stop and eat at El Cholo which was really good except Im on a diet and I had soup…booooo

December
December was super busy and went so fast. December was filled with a birthed for my sweet boy who is now 5, I still call him "baby Jake" and don't care what people think ha. Jake had a preschool performance and was super shy, can't believe he will be in kindergarten soon. Rachel and her mom put together a little party for him and I was so grateful for it. I had to work which is a bummer but they stepped up and helped me out.
I love Christmas parties and Jakes work had one this year. I loved it so much! We went to a hotel that the company got us and it was right on the beach, so pretty and much needed.
My sister bought a new house and had a christmas eve get together, so awesome and she did really well on the house. Very proud of her accomplishments.
Jake surprised me with a car for Christmas, I had no idea and he did very well. I mean, who wouldn't dream of having a Audi with a fat red bow on it. Christmas was spent with the kids opening gifts and going to my inlaws house. Cindy and Russ spoiled us with a cool trip to take a balloon ride and Jake a Sax that he had really wanted. Grateful for them.
The day after Christmas we went to Aunt Vickis and I look forward to that every year. I really wish they lived closer to us.
New Years was spent in the desert and I have to say I love going. We went with some new families and the Evans fam bam. Ringing in the new year was great! Here is to 2016!
