Since I live so far from my school I can't always go to the fundraisers so I thought, why not contribute all at once and help with graduation fundraising? So I helped make Christmas bulbs and wine glasses to sell at the graduation. They were a pain to make but they came out so good! We made great profit and I was able to help out with the festivities.
I got to bring Kaelyn to help with the sales and set up. Jessica was home sick so she couldn't come! Kealyn was such a great helper and I really loved having her there. I feel showing my children what hard work is and letting them see who Im with when Im in school is important. I hope that one day she will be able to do these things with her children.
Watching the graduates walk the stage was a great feeling, I cannot wait to be on that stage in June and reaching that light at the end of the tunnel. Keep me in your prayers!

Wakefield Court lights
I love the holidays and all the fun stuff I get to do with my family/friends! Tonight we walked Wakefield Court with everyone and looked at all the amazing lights. These people know how to get down. Jess and Kenna had soccer so we dropped them off and headed to Chronic taco for a bite to eat and all the soda you can drink then picked up the soccer stars and headed for the lights.
The kids were so happy to just be with each other, they paired up and all I heard was WOW, AHHHH, LOOK AT THAT! Can't wait to do some more holiday fun with these families in the next couple of weeks!
Officially a 4th semester nursing student!
Who would of thought that I would be here today, a year and a half later finishing 3rd semester and with only 16 weeks to go?! I feel like its sort of a dream and that there is that light at the end of the tunnel. When I started doing pre-requesits, there was NO light at the end of the tunnel. Things were so far away and I wasn't rushing to get done. Now, the time is flying by.
I would not be able to do this without the help of some of my best friends and family. I have great support and its truly a blessing. I cannot even imagine my life without them, they are my rock.
The semester in psych was crazy!!! I was very nervous to be on that unit but WOW did I learn a lot. I got to see people who were really not in their right mind, effects of different drugs, how to stand my ground and how to run when an RN says RUNNNN due to a lady chasing me with a cane. This experience and journey is a blessing and more than I ever thought it would be. THANK you to everyone that believes in me!

Ward Halloween party
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I love dressing the kids up. Yes, it comes with stress and running around but it is worth the effort if the kids are happy. This year, they all wanted to be scary, what is wrong with my kids? Jessica was Wednesday Adams (from the Adams family), she looked like a dead creepy pilgrim to me. Kaelyn was Sally from nightmare before christmas, Talia was a weird clown and baby Jake was a Ninja Turtle. I found a youtube video and the girls picked what they wanted and I just followed the videos instructions and they came out great.
The ward party was fun, the kids ran around and got a ton of candy. It was a pretty laid back event.

Happy birthday Fran
I am truly blessed to have amazing people in my life. I cannot even begin to describe how much love I felt on my birthday. My kids were so excited to put together things with grandma for me when I got home. My friends took me out to a fabulous birthday dinner and show. Jake took me out to have sushi and I was able to wear my new outfits my friends laid out for me. My home was clean when I got home! I was in shock and so humbled by it all. I LOVE YOU ALL and my birthday was perfect.
Katy Perry
Keeping secrets from the kids is a hard job. Since summer I have been keeping from them that we were going to be going to the Katy Perry concert. My friend Kelly planned and it and I figured, why not! We got a limo for the girls and they were so shocked, I have never heard so much screaming in my life. When the kids got to the house we told them we were taking them to concerts in the park, they were kinda happy but not lol. I did a word scramble for them to figure out where we were headed and from then on they were all smiles and screams. The concert took a while and Kealyn knocked out first but the others were going strong. What a great night to spend with my girls.
