Daddy the inventor!

So the other day I hear a scream from the other room "Fran come here I have to show you what I invented" I knew this was going to be good. Jake likes to put stuff together to amuse our children and keep them occupied. As I turn the corner all I could do was laugh. There Natalia was sitting in her Bumbo chair in front of my ab roller with toys tied to it with a jump rope. I could not stop laughing apparently Jake did not know that they already have invented a toy like this for babies. Needless to say Natalia was very amused and plays with this often. I am not allowed to take it apart to use the ab roller so it is one of my kids ghetto toys now.

Penny tagged me. I just got home from a walk with a friend and an interesting day with an Earthquake! So my house is not cleaned and I was not looking my prettiest today but this was fun!

1.Fridge

Here is my lovely fridge…As you can see nothing is in it’s place and things are thrown in there… I blame Jake lol

2. The Closet

Oh man this is some of my cloths. Jake says I need to get rid of a lot of it but I get in moods where sometimes I might want to wear that so I keep it…lol Right now there are no doors on the closet because we are remodeling and we had to take them off because we got new carpet and we where scraping the ceiling.

3. Self-Portrait

K so this is now just mean I just got back from doing a walk in Valencia, and here I am no make up hair pulled back looking like I have not showered in days... seessh

4. Favorite Room

So I picked this room because it is one that is somewhat all completed. This is Jessica and Kaelyn's room. Yes it is blue and this is because Jessica wanted it to be Cinderella Blue... Over the window I wrote "Once Upon a time" I still have more to do but for now I like it. Why did we get bunk beds I'll never know they still want to sleep together...oh well

5. Kitchen Sink

Why oh why the kitchen sink...Did you know that Jake likes to put dishes in the sink and not wash them. I should work for Molly Maid. This sink was clean last night but good morning today is a new day. Gross I'm never going to let this happen again...lol

6. Laundry Room

Ha this is not as bad as it usually gets. I cleaned this room about a couple of days ago.. :)

7. Toilet

So you can't really see the toilet right now, I can't get a picture with this angle so you have to settle for the shower and my rob...neener neener

8. What your kids are doing right now

Well right now Natalia and Kaelyn are sleeping in the front room and Jessica was nagging me for what else but CANDY. We just got back from a long walk and the two youngest fell asleep in the car.

9. Dream Vacation

I would actually like to go back to Maui. I loved it there. It was not as busy as Oahu was and I just loved the all around experience. Jake took me a 1 year ago for 7 days and we had a blast. It was weird with out kids, but we managed to have fun :D

10. Favorite Shoes

Oh how I love my flip flops....jake tends to throw them away on me he says "they have no support for your back" What does he know these are Air Jordans....lol I only wear tennis shoes when I go to the gym and even then I would rather wear flip flops.

Well the time is right for the lucky 5 I will choose to do this. I really hope that our friendship means enough to you to do this for me. The torture was not too sever other than my self portrait which I will still have to get back to Holly about this one!

So I know you all had a good laugh at all of my embarrassing picture's just be nice next time you see me and thanks Penny, I'll get you back hhhaaahahah. Your turn girls show me what ya got!

So this year we decided to do Kaelyn's 2 year birthday party at Scooter's Jungle. As you can see the picture to the left she looks REALLY happy. I thing the ring pop put her over the edge lol. We had about 50 people who came and got the have a great time bouncing in the bounce house or sliding down a huge slide. I thought that she would be really shy but she wore her crown proudly and went down that slide with no fear. I am even a bit afraid to go down but that did not stop my girls.

Jake always would get on me about having a big party for Kaelyn because I always go crazy for Jessica. Plus Jake loves Scooter's Jungle he even would like to have his birthday party here. ......Now that is in negotiation.lol

We hope that everyone had a great time and we hope to do this again.

Hurricane Harbor

So my sister is working at Hurricane Harbor for the summer and I wanted to go take the girls for some water fun. They had a blast, water was perfect and we spent the day just running from place to place. Jessica loved the Castaway Cove and Kaelyn loved just playing in the wave pool. Both girls are not very good at swimming and we are working on that but I am thinking by the end of the summer we should be good. If you ever want to go to the Harbor go during the week there is not many people there. We went with some really great friends and tried to get as many pictures as we could but you know kids want to go play geeeze mom. lol My sister got to come and hang with us for a bit, we also got to watch the practice CPR drill they had. My sister was the person down and Kaelyn kept on wanting to know why here Cocia (aunt in Polish) was okay.

Summer fun

I am trying to teach the girls how to swim this year. Jessica is a little nervous but is getting better she will put her head under the water (with water wings) and swim to the edge. It took a lot of talking and arguing for that to happen. Apparently my lovely brother told her that the fish will bite her feet so she was afraid for a little while. She has over come that fear and is trusting that mommy is not lying. Kaelyn has no fear she will just dive in mouth open and everything. Cracks me us to see her laughing and coughing up the water she swallowed. She is our water baby. We have taken Natalia in a few times, and she seems to really like it. We are on a mission to have the two older girls swimming in no time.

This year so far

Well it is the end of June already....Time fly's way too fast if you ask me. I have a 4 year old soon to be 2 year old and a 5 month old....Let's just say like is not boring in my house. The morning starts with constant fighting about who's toys are who's. I just love jessica's new thing and that is to say just the word "NO" really loud to Kaelyn and she starts to cry. I catch her on a daily basis doing this to her. Then Kaelyn will come up to me with tears and say CACA (which in Kaelyn words is Jessica did it) yeah not so funny after the 15th time during the day.....
Natalia has had 2 double ear infections thus far this year, 4 nights of no sleep has not been good. I really have not been able to give my body the rest it needs after having a baby so so once again the good ol body is wiggin out. NO MORE BABIES FOR A WHILE....

I am trying to get out of the house more and keep active. My brother is getting married this year (October) and I need to shed the pounds baby. I have been going to spin classes and working out 6 days a week getting kinda hard because jake's schedule is always different from day to day.

We went to Laughlin last weekend. Really fun going on the river, but let me tell you girls out there have no problem sun tanning naked and to top it of we had people of all ages (if you catch my drift) topless....lol My sister turned 21 and it was her weekend of fun. Most of you may not know but my family is not Mormon so drinking and gambling is their fun.

Jake and I have been trying to keep up on the remodling of our home but with the new baby it is not that easy. Kids + Remodeling= Fighting....yeah and I hate math but you can not have the kids around when doing this stuff. I am trying to get the hallway, bathroom and Joe's old room done before October so cross your fingers for me.

So tired

So baby number 3 is here and she arrived on February 5 2008. We named her Natalia Cynthia Milhoan. She looks just like her older sister Jessica but with blue eyes. She has been great getting up once a night for a bottle and a diaper change. Now I can't say that for the other 2 I have they have been extra active. My middle girl Kaelyn has been more of the mama's girl always wanting to be with me and crying when I would leave the house. She has even started on her own strike, she won't stay in nursery anymore. She loved it in their we would have to take her home crying because she did not want to leave nursery...go figure. I think she has been feeling left out. I have been trying to divide my time evenly but that has been a bit harder than I thought. I would not trade being a stay at home mom for anything I love my children so much.
