Some thing I'd love to have

When we took the girls to see the Easter Bunny we got to go look at a few shops. One of my favortie places to go is the Thomas Kincade store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his Disney collections!

I would love to have one of these for my home. Since our family loves Disney all together! Jake said that he could buy another dirt bike with the cost of one of these paintings...He was not interested in these as I was needless to say. His favorite store is Brooke Stone's lol

Easter Bunny

Today we took a trip to the mall to see the good old Easter Bunny....

Jake's parents bought the girls cute little Easter dress's so we put them on and to try and get a good picture. It was really nice, Kaelyn was a little hesitant but Natalia sat right on his lap with no problems. As a matter of fact she got really upset when we picked her up. She wanted to stay with the Easter bunny. lol

Thankful

Have you ever took a step back and looked at your life? I have been doing that a lot lately. I started to complain way too much about things and not focusing on the good things in my life....It is easy to get wrapped up and forget all that we should be grateful for.

A few things that I am grateful for:

My WONDERFUL, PATIENT HUBBY....(don't tell him I said that, he will use it against me!)
My beautiful little girls
The home we have
The church we belong to
Close friends and family
The internet j/k

Anyways, I had to get that off my mind and share. Hope everyone is going to take a step back and list some of the things they are grateful for as well....

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Jessica likes to wish everyone a Happy Day!

WOW

A lot has been going on in the Milhoan house. I am almost done with half of my semester and I currently hold an A in both classes. I'm really not fond of my math class, but I am making the best of it so far. Since school I feel like I have no time to do much. I have started to recognize it more and more lately. I don't think I am able to accomidate many people and it I see it is making them mad. Between Jake working 7 days a week and 12 to 14 hour days, I'm pretty much both parents in the house hold taking care of children, cooking, cleaning, bills, etc... Don't get me wrong I am VERY grateful that Jake has work, but I'm burnt out. Jake has a 4 day weekend so we are going to try and take advantage of that. We need our alone time! The other day we where discussing about when he comes home I am running back and forth from kid to kid and pass him buy with a quick kiss. When we where newleyweds we would get home and walk down to the nearest restaurant from our apartment and grab a bite to eat...There was more time for us. Now going out is an obstical lol....I have decided to get some of our time back. Children definatly make life more interesting.

The other day Jessica came out of her room with bright orange stripes accross her face and told me "Kaelyn did it". Yeah Jessica little Kaelyn held you down, against your will and marked up your face. I let it go, I figured they are washable I will get it off later. Well then Jessica went back to her room and Jake walked in the door. I told Jake what they did and to just wipe them off because I have to go to school. A few minutes later Jessica and Kaelyn came out of their room completely nude with orange tiger strippes across their bodies screaming "I'm a tiger, Roar" Jake just looked at me and with concern and I said "see ya babe, I'm off to school". Oh and washable makers my rear, they would not come off. Kealyn is a lot lighter than Jessica and it looks bad.

Sorry no picture, but nude girls with orange stripes probally won't be the best to share with everyone. lol

Lock em' in

Well I really can not sleep so I am unloading a ton of stuff that has happened in the Milhoan residence.

Jake thought that it would be a great idea to lock the kids door so that the girls would stay in their rooms at night (of couse we could get in if an emergency where to happen). Some of you I may have told that my girls wake up at least 3 to 4 times a night and will come in our room and get in bed with us. Jake hates it and I do as well at times. My kids are restless sleepers and move around a lot, plus Jessica likes to twirl my hair at night which can get me a little restless myself.

Well the other night Jake got tie-downs....Yes tie downs and hooked it from one door to the other hoping that this would work. By the way did I tell you my kids are like little Houdini's, they got out. This was worse than when Jake slept infront of their door and they climbed over him when he was out of it.

(oh and we are remodeling, that is why the door molding is gone :) )

As you can see the girls are safe back in our bed with daddy!
