Christmas visit

Every year I look forward to seeing Raeann and her family. This year it was a lot smaller than usual, grandpa Milhoan didn't come down this year so no one planned anything. I was close to finishing 1st semester of school and gave Raeann a call to plan something so I could see them before they went to Oregon. Im so glad it all worked out, the kids had a blast running around and the adults got to hang out and catch up.
We were able to exchange gifts and have a great dinner. Baby Jake was so excited to get his present that he started to chew on the box to get it open. Raeann got him it because it had his name on it, she had no clue that baby Jake loves Jake and the Neverland pirates.
Hopeful we will see them all in January before I go back to school.

It's official

So with all the studying and crying and complaining and worrying I passed 1st semester of nursing school. What a ride this has been and I would not ever change it. Ive met wonderful people that I know I will have in my life for a very long time. Ive learned who my friends are and who were not so much. But most of all Im grateful for all Ive learned and those that believed in me.

Oh the Christmas project we get to do!!!! This was Talia's tree she had to do for class, lets just say I had to have her add flowers. It was a good laugh!

Just happy

I was able to take a night out with these wonderful women. I have really been just so busy with school that I have not been able to do much. Let me say it again but more loud I HAVE HAD NO LIFE! We headed to the Grove (my new favorite place) and had dinner, got to get our make up done, eat fabulous cupcakes and the best of all bests….SHOP! I a so grateful for these woman, no, for better words Sisters!!

I love the holidays and all that it brings, I just love the Christmas cards. Today I got a thick envelope with this inside from our good friends the Baldree's. I was unable to go to Nick Lonshores funeral and it weighed heavy in my mind. Genine, must of known because she sent me the program and the free slurpee coupons in memory of him. This just made my day and I don't have a lot of words for it. Its amazing when people think of you in little ways like this, its as if Heavenly Father let her know~

11year anniversary

2002 I married this man I swear is defiantly perfect for me. He really cares about me and the kids and has the patients of a Saint. Tonight we got to get away for a while for some dinner and I loved every minute of it. We were going to go to our usually Salt Creek restaurant but decided to hit up Larsen's and Im glad we did. The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was just right. When we walked out I got followed by another man and when I turned around to grab jakes had the guy said "Aw man, I was just going to ask if you had a boyfriend." haha Jake and I laughed and as we walked away Jake said "Boyfriend, ha, I have 11 years into this woman." Perfect laugh for the both of us!
I wanted to return something in Macys and I remembered that Santa was there and of course, I need to make my hubby step out of his comfort zone so I made him take a picture with me and Santa. As you can tell in his face Jake was feeling out of place but it was fun. When I walked up to Santa he said "sit on my lap little girl!" Don't have to ask me twice haha. When we got home some crazy people left a present that my husband was very much excited about....PAYBACK ladies! lol Cant wait to celebrate many more with this man!

Random is what is happening right now with the blog so I want to get all these up to have them off my phone. Busy life is a happy life! Grandpa speed is in town and it is always great hanging with him, I love his stories. Soccer is done for Kaelyn and Natalia and on the last game Kaelyn made 4 goals which means Jake is going to go broke with the beanie boos that were promised.

Halloween fun in October

This year October was pretty busy and not like our normal October festivities. Due to school we were limited to what we did,,,,,bummer! Thank goodness for my mother inlaw and he willingness to help me get the kids costumes together because I would of had nothing. The girls were superhero women and baby jake was superman. It was funny, when we were trick or treating, baby jake would hand me his bucket and run to the next house screaming "Super MANNNN, Super MANNNN." He cracks me up! We are always running into friends when we are out and about and I love it, sometimes time goes by so fast and we don't see people often. Well till next post, signing off!
