Weekend craziness

We invited to so many fun things these last few months and I love it. The ladies and I were able to hike to the Hollywood sign and then have a great lunch after. I started a bucket list of things I want to do and its a bit exciting to mark off stuff as I go along. After the hike I went to my nephews birthday party, I still cannot believe that he is 1 already. My father inlaw told my husband he felt out of place because he didn't have a naked lady on his shirt like all the other guys there. I think I see a future gift in store for my father inlaw haha. On Sunday there was the baptismal prep meeting for the upcoming 8 year olds. I cannot believe that Kaelyn will be 8 years old. this picture below is of some of the little babies born the same year that will be baptized this year.

Guess who is in Primary!!!!!!

So he cried and he fell asleep on his teacher, for the most part it went great! haha He was probably in his mind going "Where the heck is my snacks!" I think his teacher is amazing and I know that she truly loves the kids. I have come to except that I don't have the baby anymore and that is defiantly a little weird to me. The first picture I asked him when he thought of primary then the second picture was the "primary shock" face. lol

Supercross 2014

Ringing in the New Year and going to Anaheim 1 with Jake is always a good time. We were able to stop at Burt's (the man mall) and I have to say secretly, I love it there too. When we got to Angel stadium we met up with Mike and Stephanie and Ryan and Evan for a bit. It was really fun! The track was amazing and we saw an awesome race.
The parking lot was a mess and took an hour to get out of it but it was nice just to sit and talk!

Happy New Year

The New Year was spent with some of the most important people to our family. The kids had a blast and of course were ripping it up on the dirt bikes. Nicole and her family came which was just perfect, I miss that girl so much. Her kids got to ride and did great, so great, that Nicole and Eric now are proud owners of dirt bikes. Mark and Gay brought rockets to launch and that was a fun time for the kids, they loved it.
Joe, Amanda, Britney and Dunbar came, it was great having them. They really fit in well and I love having more people when we camp. The kids loved Blakes little remote quad! I am so very amazed at how well the kids ride, I even followed them to the "flag pole", lets just say they have no fear!

Christmas 2013

This years Christmas was great all around. I was super excited that friends and I were able to get together and do a secret 12days of Christmas for a family that means a lot to us. The kids and I had so much fun doing it, ding dong ditching and running was super fun. Like every year we got to run to my inlaws and then to my parents house. The flu hit our home so we were a bit under the weather so when we were done visiting we went home and just relaxed. The kids were overwhelmed with all the nice stuff family game them so it kept them entertained for hours.

Mikey B bday

I love meeting new people, with Jake being a lineman, over the years we have made some great friends.  Jake and I were invited to Mikey B's birthday get tougher, they always give us a hard time because we can not always go out and we are never able to hang. I met Mike at Stagecoach 2 years ago and I really thought he was super fun to hang out with. It was a great night to get out and mingle. His girlfriend Stephanie is super sweet and we have wanted to meet for years so we finally meet. Ryan and his date came and surprise, here and I know mutual people. This break I have had soooooo much fun and I cannot wait to till summer break :)

Baby Jake is 3

This little guy is just a blessing to have, I'm grateful that I have the opportunity to be his mom. I still can't believe that he his 3 and that I'm done having kids. We have no diaper bags, bottles etc. We are on to the next stage of our families lives, and I have to say its pretty cool. Jakes party was celebrated with some of our favorite families. Crystal (with my pouty lips and puppy eyes) agreed to wear the elf costume and read to the kids the Christmas cookie sprinkle snitcher. She totally rocks! A good friend of ours bought us a smoker so we smoked meat and just hung out. It was cold so the kids and their blanket hung out and watched a movie.
